Stardust Impact. The Interview.

Listening to the Minds That Move the World

Through these interviews, we meet people dedicated to bringing forward new ideas, finding new ways to connect research with society and other fields, and making a real difference in people’s lives and in the world around them. In honest conversations, we follow the paths of their curiosity, exploring the questions that keep them up at night and the missions they pursue with commitment and purpose.

At Stardust Impact, we believe that addressing societal challenges begins with listening,  both to the people we want to support and to those working to create change. Through their experiences, motivations, and insights, we learn from one another, understand different realities, and build stronger human connections.

Episode 1

EPISODE 1

Meet Konstantinos Vaziourakis, an aquatic researcher. But that is only part of his story. There’s another fascinating dimension to his worldview—he’s one of those  people who sees the untapped possibilities in connecting science and art, rooted in an interdisciplinary approach he also sees as a way forward. Perhaps his Greek roots and family story play a part in this. And then there’s his fascination with the oceans and seas shadowed by challenges that call for our attention.  How can art help to relate to all those challenges?

Listen and find out.

EPISODE 2

Meet Álvaro Morales López. A researcher, entrepreneur, and innovator in biomaterials and 3D-printing for the life sciences. Driven by a belief that research should reach people’s lives in real and meaningful ways, his work explores the future possibilities of regenerative medicine, healthcare, and bioprinting. In this conversation, we explore the challenges of turning scientific ideas into real-world impact, the courage required to challenge existing systems, and his vision for a future where the body can learn to heal itself through new biomaterials and regenerative medicine.
